Is it just me, or is Tori Spelling milking her pregnancy and new baby for all publicity possible. Stories about her nursery theme were so abundant that I am sure she received kick-backs from the designers and store. Now, the big news story is that she loves motherhood and thinks her baby is beautiful. She blogs about it on myspace. Is that really news? Did she read a single parenting book? We are programmed to love motherhood and think our babies are beautiful. The big news is when that doesn't happen, like in the case of Britney Spears.

We are finally out of the hospital and spent our first day at home with little Liam. It's been the most amazing week and experience of my life. I might be a biased mommy but he is so beautiful. I just stare at him in amazement. I can't believe I have been given this unbelievable little gift.

Baby Liam, who weighed in at 6 lbs., 6 oz., and measured 19½ inches when he was born on March 13.

Like Giving Candy to a Baby

With their blood feud apparently water under the "90210" bridge, frosted Candy Spelling has already begun showering Tori Spelling's son Liam with gifts! Grandma Candy plunked down over $1700 for her new grandson at West Hollywood baby emporium Petit Tresor on Wednesday. Among the items Candy splurged on were a $1250 Mia Bossi leather diaper bag, a half dozen onesies and gowns, airplane booties and a babybot mobile.

Now that baby Liam Aaron has become the olive branch in the Tori vs. Candy grudge match, time will tell if it's the end to this latest Spelling drama ... or if Linda Evans will play Candy in the TV version!

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their first child together, a son, on Tuesday, PEOPLE has learned.

Liam Aaron McDermott, who was born in a Los Angeles hospital, weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, via c-section, according to the couple's rep.

People Magazine reports that Tory misses Candy's money and Candy must drink the blood of a newborn by the ides of march... yadda yadda yadda... they are speaking again. What I love about the story is this picture. I don't think I've ever seen a photo Candy. This is how Tory might have looked before cosmetic surgery. Now look at Aaron Spelling, on the right. I have always thought Tory was fug. Now I see she's done the best she could given her genetic mix. Have you ever seen a picture of her with her hair up? I didn't think so. I bet she has her dad's ears.
