This is some fun, hot trash. Nicki Minaj's cartoon-esque "Super Bass" video is just as good as Lady Gaga's "Judas" video, which also premiered today.
Okay, okay — it's probably better than "Judas" (I mean, there's a Pepto-Bismol party - c'mon!). But I'm still all turned on by Norman Reedus in Gaga's trash, so I can't put Nicki above her just yet.
Meanwhile, full disclosure: I've had Minaj's Pink Friday since November, and never even knew this song was on it...mostly because I never listen to the album.
Full disclosure #2: I swear I've seen at least one of those guys in porn before.

U.S. Chart Roundup: Britney And Kelly Rowland Soar While Beyonce Flops Hard
Exactly two months after the single first arrived, Britney Spears' "Till The World Ends" gets a major push up the Billboard Hot 100 (to #3) thanks to the new remix featuring Wigney's upcoming tourmate Nicki Minaj and the song's co-writer Ke$ha. The last Britney single to peak at #3 on the chart was "Circus." This now gives her three Top 5 hits in a row, following "Hold It Against Me" and "3."
Don't expect The Wig's latest to stick around too long, though — the novelty of the remix appears to have been fleeting, as it's already dropped to #20 on iTunes. The original version of "Till The World Ends" is at #36 on the digital store's chart.
Likewise, it's odd that Billboard even credits Britney this week on Rihanna's "S&M" (#6), since that remix has plummeted to #152 on iTunes. (RiRi's Loud version is hanging in there at #18).
But let's focus on the two high profile singles that have dropped faster than an 17-year-old hooker's panties at R. Kelly's mansion: Lady Gaga's "Judas" and Beyonce's "Run The World (Girls)." Gaga's latest has steadily tumbled, from #10 to #12 to, now, #20. At least she has this week's appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show and the premiere of the music video tonight to rely on (not to mention upcoming performances on the American Idol and Saturday Night Live finales).
Meanwhile, House Of Dereon's Main Wig has yet to premiere her video for "Run The World." But let's face it — that song sucks dry weave dust, hence its plunge from #33 to #48.
On the flip side, Kelly Rowland, the TRUE talent from Destiny's Child, climbs 11 positions to #43 with "Motivation." Finally, a little justice comes along to put Beyonce in her place.
The U.S. Top 10:
1. "E.T." - Katy Perry feat. Kanye West *5 weeks*
2. "Rolling In The Deep" - Adele
3. "Till The World Ends" - Britney Spears feat. Nicki Minaj & Ke$ha
4. "Just Can't Get Enough" - The Black Eyed Peas
5. "The Lazy Song" - Bruno Mars
6. "S&M" - Rihanna feat. Britney Spears
7. "On The Floor" - Jennifer Lopez feat. Pitbull
8. "Blow" -Ke$ha
9. "Down On Me" - Jeremih feat. 50 Cent
10. "Look At Me Now" - Chris Brown feat. Lil Wayne & Busta Rhymes

Nicki Minaj's "Moment 4 Life" Video Has A Fairytale Ending Because She Gets To Bang Drake
Nicki Minaj's "Fairy Godmother" character in her "Moment 4 Life" video is hands-down the gayest things since...since...well, since Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" lyrics.
In fact, the whole cheesy-dialogue-filled intro to this visual clip is better than Nicki's song itself, which also features one of Drake's monotone mumble raps. (Though, I'll admit, Drizzy's looking quite boffable here.)
It's all a fun, eye-popping affair. But, let's be honest here—next time Nicki wants to do a real fairytale-themed video, she needs to take a few pointers from Ke$ha's trashy ass.
Chart Rigger turned 6 this week. Fill out the fun pop blogiversary questionnaire.

UK Chart Roundup: Joe McElderry's "Ambitions" Is Already Starting To Fade
What is it about the poor gents who've won The X Factor? Shayne Ward has gone a painfully long three years without releasing an album (and the previous one only got two singles issued off it, despite each one charting in the Top 10). Leon Jackson was pretty much dead on arrival. Steve Brookstein...WHO? And now there's Joe McElderry.
Last week "Ambitions," Joe's lead single off his rather amazing Wide Awake album (out tomorrow), debuted at #6 on the UK chart. That's quite a disappointing position, given that last year's X Factor runner-up/nudist Olly Murs found himself at #1 in September with "Please Don't Let Me Go."
Compounding Joe's problems is the fat that "Ambitions" has now dropped all the way to #21. Sigh. At least boy band The Wanted manage a decent entry this week with second single "Heart Vacancy," which goes in at #2. This follows their #1 hit "All Time Low," and like McElderry, the quintet's self-titled debut LP is out tomorrow in the UK.
Elsewhere, Katy Perry still hasn't worn out her welcome (though she'll never top "Teenage Dream" in my eyes) and debuts at #5 with "Firework," which she performed on The X Factor last week. And then there's Jay Sean and Nicki Minaj's utterly useless "2012 (It Ain't Over)," which goes in at #9.
I'm off to have a cry for poor Joe by listening to Wide Awake. Pick it up tomorrow—it's better than you might think!
The U.K. Top 10:
1. "Just The Way You Are" - Bruno Mars *2 weeks*
2. "Heart Vacancy" - The Wanted *new*
3. "Barbra Streisand" - Duck Sauce
4. "F**K You" - Cee Lo Green
5. "Firework" - Katy Perry *new*
6. "Cooler Than Me" - Mike Posner
7. "Miami 2 Ibiza" - Swedish House Mafia vs. Tinie Tempah
8. "Written In The Stars" - Tinie Tempah
9. "2012 (It Ain't The End)" - Jay Sean feat. Nicki Minaj *new*
10. "Best Behaviour" - N-Dubz *new*

It Would Seem This Is Only 'The Beginning' For The Black Eyed Peas
You may recall I taunted you all on April 1st with news of the Black Eyed Peas' breakup. Alas, that was not true. April Fool's Day. Ha....ha.
No, chyldryn—Fergie and Co. will follow up their 2009 album The E.N.D. with The Beginning, which will.i.am says in this interview with Nicki Minaj (from the set of their video shoot for single "Check It Out") contains 12 tracks, two of which were produced by David Guetta and four having been swizzed by Ammo of Kelis "4th Of July (Fireworks)" and Ke$ha "Your Love Is My Drug" fame.
The Beginning is set for a November 30 release. Hoo-razzy.

Katy Perry, Rihanna, Ke$ha And Nicki Minaj Hooker It Up At The MTV VMAs
What do these four broads all have in common? They were all shut out at last night's MTV Video Music Awards. Oh, well—at least they all hooked up to compare who looked more like a drag queen.

Nicki Minaj Covers 'OUT'
Nicki Minaj is on the cover of OUT's upcoming Tastemakers Issue. And just so you know she's all gay-friendly and jazz, they've swathed her in rainbow colors for the main image.
Says the mag, "The full cover story and a slide show of images shot by GL Wood—as well as a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot and an exclusive video interview—will be on Out.com on September 13. The full issue will be hitting mailboxes and newsstands soon after..."
I kind of love this crazy broad, but she seriously is bordering on overexposure. Still, it's fascinating to see an artist get this much press over the course of a year when her debut album is still months away from release.
